What Causes Acne?

Many of us have experienced acne of some part of our body whether on the face, chest or back. Often we look into buying extremely expensive products that advertise their products to be some kid of cure for acne. Some products may work some may not. Over 50% of those products are full of toxins and chemicals. This blog is to just give you a little more insight on acne.

Ace is a very common skin condition that affects 10% of the world. It is also known to be an inflammatory disease. There are many things that can cause acne such as hormones, blocked pores and diet. Many people don’t believe how much your diet affects your skin. Foods the are high in carbohydrates such as bread, crackers, pasta noodles made with white flour, and soda.

One study found that people who frequently consumed added sugars had a 30% greater risk of developing acne, while those who regularly ate pastries and cakes had a 20% greater risk.In addition to the surgery foods, dairy, fast-foods, and chocolate. Food sensitivities occur when your immune system mistakenly identifies food as a threat and launches an immune attack against it.

Just as well as there are things that we eat that may trigger acne there are tips we can eat to treat our acne from within rather than spending hundreds of dollars on products. As we said earlier, acne is also known as an inflammatory disease so eating omega-3’s (anti-inflammatory) on a regular.

Green tea, turmeric, vitamin E & A,  fruits, vegetables, water, and nuts low in grain can all help reduce and prevent acne. Everything but the nuts can be applied topically and orally.

Image realizing you could have healed or treated your acne with the things right in your kitchen that you know are natural and doesn’t contain the many ingredients that we can’t even pronounce. There are so many diy face masks that are full of nutrients and anti-inflammatory properties such as bananas, avocado, honey, green tea extract, turmeric etc.

So now that we’ve pretty much gone over what acne is, the potential causes, and how to naturally treat it let me touch on products. I am definitely what you call a product junkie but I’ve recently become a healthy product junkie because I started paying more attention to what’s in the products I choose or I’m making my own different products.

Instead of spending hundreds on chemical filled products to get rid of your acne find the underlying cause for your acne and eat healthier. Instead, put money into a great natural soap catered to your skin type, a natural moisturizer, and a natural exfoliant. All you need to do is create your own facial routine with these products, be consistent, know that you are beautiful, and be patient.
